Conserving the Farmland that Feeds Us

Delaware County has a long tradition of a working landscape – the farmers tend and maintain the landscape, and are in turn sustained by it. Building Sustainable Communities in a Working Landscape

Farm Catskills is a not-for-profit membership organization that believes in supporting a working landscape that in turn supports our rural economy. Join us! Our members include farmers, landowners, community leaders, and anyone interested in our farms, our environment, and our communities here in the Catskills. We work to protect the working landscape (as opposed to simply open space), to help farmers get the resources they need to succeed, and to promote a healthy local food system.
